Lamb
The star of the show! Tasmanian grass fed lamb shoulder marinated with our in-house made rub. A huge favourite amongst our clients. The lamb never lasts long!
Chicken
Succulent chicken gyros slow cooked over the charcoal. Marinated to perfection. So tender!
Pork
Beautiful succulent pork shoulder as an alternative to lamb. Marinated with our in-house made rub.
Greek Buffet
Full buffet includes your two meats, huge Greek salad, pita, chips and halloumi. Traditional in-house made tzatziki and humus also included. Additional sauces such as tomato, BBQ and chilli also included. Falafel can be added at no additional cost for any vegans and vegetarians. Full tray of Baklava to finish! Extra dishes/sides can be added at an additional cost.

Suffed peppers or traditionally known as Gemista, are tomatoes or capsicums packed with herbs, onion and rice. Perfect for those who are vegan or vegetarian. Beautifully seasoned and fresh! Stuffed peppers can be requested at a an additional fee.
Greek Salad
Every full service buffet includes our traditional Greek salad. Plenty of feta and no lettuce! Crsip and fresh, the perfect companion to our delicious gyro charcoal lamb and chicken.
