Gyros (Yee-ros)

The word "gyro" means 'turn' or 'circle' which refers to the meat slowly cooked on a turning rotisserie. Find us at your next local event slow roasting our succulent lamb and chicken.

Souvla

Large pieces of meat on the bone passed through large skewers and cooked over a foukou (cypriot charcoal grill) this meal is famous to cyprus. Lamb, chicken or pork.
